The D Tier
These cookies lie at the bottom of the Cookie Kingdom roster. You will have to make do with these cookies if they are the only ones you got through the Gacha.
Players only use them as bait, spot fillers, or because they look kind of cool. Most of the cookies in this tier don’t deserve your star jellies and you should go for other options.
However some cookies might be an exception, and you can upgrade them with the right amount of investment.

Best Cookies in E-Tier
Some fairly better cookies of this tier are Muscle Cookie and Clover Cookie. However, it is suggested that you replace them with cookies from the higher tiers the first chance you get.
