In order to understand the best Topping for Cocoa, you first need to know her special skill. As a Defense Cookie, Cocoa focuses on making sure her team survives for as long as necessary by defending against attacks and healing allies.

Cocoa cookie’s special skill is Cocoa is Love, which makes her a multi-threat due to its three advantages.
For her skill, she jumps into a giant cocoa mug and spins around, attacking enemies and restoring her allies’ HP while also making them resistant to being stunned for a given time.
She also heals three friends with the lowest HP for her regular attacks. Cocoa’s special skill has a 15-second cooldown time with the following overall effect:
· 41.7% single hit DMG (increases by 0.57% at every level)
· Healing which is 42.8% of ATK (increases by 0.58% at every level)
· Stun Immunity for 8-seconds

1. Solid Almond
There’s no question why Solid Almond is perfect for Cocoa. As a Defense Cookie, she essentially acts as a robust tank, protecting her allies from damage. So, a full Solid Almond build is the obvious choice.
If you equip this Topping, you’re buffing up Cocoa’s resistance to attacks. A full X5 build means a +5% DMG resistance bonus in addition to the resistance with every equip.
2. Swift Chocolate
Another option is the Swift Chocolate Topping, which decreases the ATK Cooldown. This would greatly increase Cocoa’s usefulness as a shield and allow her to attack as quickly as possible, increasing her ability in longer battles.
If you equip the Swift Chocolate Topping at X5, there’s a +5% bonus on top of the other cooldown decreases.
3. Other Combinations
Another option suited for Cocoa is combining the above toppings in either of these two ways:
· X3 Solid Almond, X2 Swift Chocolate
· X3 Swift Chocolate, X2 Solid Almond
When fighting battles, remember to keep your opponents and the type of fight in mind to get full use of your Toppings.
For a longer team battle, Swift Chocolate might be better as it lays into certain strategies more.
On the other hand, in a more swift, PvP battle, Solid Almond would prove useful by acting as a shield while Middle and Rear Cookies deal maximum damage.
