Forza Horizon 5 launched with 534 cars.
With new Car Packs added on quite regularly, the number of Forza Horizon 5 cars has increased to 620.
But, what is the fastest car in Forza Horizon 5?
And how to get the fastest car in Forza Horizon 5?
10 Fastest Cars In Forza Horizon 5
If you look back at the fastest cars in Forza Horizon 4, you’ll see a more versatile list with different brands fighting for the top spot. But this list of the fastest Forza Horizon 5 cars is dominated by one MF that takes the top 3 spots.
10. McLaren Speedtail 2019
- Top Speed: 250 mph
- Horsepower: 1036
- Acceleration: 0-60 in 2.6 seconds
Starting with a Legendary-type car, the 2019 Speedtail is a beauty with a powerful engine under the hood. But it has been nerfed down since Forza Horizon 4.
In Forza Horizon 4, the Speedtail had 9.7 speed and 9.3 launch ratings that have fallen to 7.3 and 7.1 in Forza Horizon 5.
Still, the 2019 McLaren stays one of the fastest cars in Forza Horizon 5, thanks to its 4.0L Twin-Turbocharged Hybrid V8 engine.

9. McLaren P1
- Top Speed: 250 mph
- Horsepower: 903
- Acceleration: 0-60 in 2.8 seconds
In 2013, the McLaren P1 became the first hybrid supercar in the world, and it’s still one of the fastest hybrid supercars around.
With a 3.8L Twin-Turbocharged Hybrid V8 and 7-Speed RWD, the P1 offers devilish speeds without losing too much control. Acceleration is ok, but the improved handling and braking set it apart.
Beware of the RWD though, generates bundles of torque and way too much wheel spin, and the underwhelming traction control doesn’t help either.

8. Rimac Concept Two
- Top Speed: 258
- Horsepower: 1887
- Acceleration: 0-60 in 1.85 seconds
The Rimac Concept Two is one of the fastest accelerating cars on Forza Horizon 5. Thanks to its 10/10 launch and 9.8 acceleration index, Concept Two hits 186 mph in just under 12 seconds.
This is the fastest drag car in Forza Horizon 5 unless you beef up a Koenigsegg. But, as was the case in FH 4, the Rimac lacks the finesse at higher speeds thanks to a 7.5 handling rating.
It is much easier to get the Rimac Concept Two in FH 5 than it was in FH 4. So you should give it a go.

7. Zenvo TSR-S
- Top Speed: 265 mph
- Horsepower: 1177
- Acceleration: 0-60 in 2.7 seconds.
The Zenvo TSR-S is a faster and more powerful variant of Zenvo’s TS1.
Its 7-Speed transmission and 5.8L Supercharged V8 generate 811 lb-ft of torque and take it to a rapid top speed of 265 mph in under 15 seconds.
But the highlight of this RWD supercar is a centripetal wing that continuously adjusts itself for optimal aerodynamic performance. What does it do? Vastly improves braking and handling.
No losing speed on sharp turns or waiting for long straight roads to hit the top speeds with this beast.

6. Bugatti Veyron Super Sport 2011
- Top Speed: 267 mph
- Horsepower: 1183
- Acceleration: 0-60 in 2.4 seconds
Just edging out the Zenvo, Bugatti’s Super Sport has consistently been one of the fastest cars in the Forza Horizon series.
The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport has a 10/10 in Accel and 9.9 in Speed, still monstrous a decade down the line.
Although Bugatti Chiron is the fastest Bugatti in Forza Horizon 5, the Veyron SS has its perks- it’s just a bit cheaper and has a lot better tunability.
Unlock: Available at Autoshow for 2,200,000 CR, Wheelspin/Super Wheelspin prize, Auction House, Forzathon Shop, Reward “Like a Boss” accolade.
5. Bugatti Chiron 2018
- Top Speed: 269 mph
- Horsepower: 1479
- Acceleration: 0-60 in 2.3 seconds
Just edging out the Bugatti Veyron SS, the Chiron is the 5th fastest car in FH5. Although both Bugattis use the same 8L Quad-Turbocharged W16 engine, the Chiron generates higher horsepower and better torque.
It has almost the same stats
But all this comes at a hefty price. The Bugatti Chiron is the second most expensive car on this list.

4. Hennessey Venom GT 2012
- Top Speed: 270 mph
- Horsepower: 1200
- Acceleration: 0-60 in 2.7 seconds
The Venom GT debuted in Forza Motorsport 4, and it’s been in the Forza games for over a decade now.
Back then, it was all about raw speed. The handling and braking on this 1200-horsepower car were atrocious, but the speed index never dipped below 9.
In Forza Horizon 5, the Hennessey Venom GT has a much more balanced feel to it and is a common big buy.
A 6.2L Twin-Turbocharged V8 engine powering a 6-Speed rear-wheel drive generates crazy torque, but the power-to-weight ratio evens things out, especially upwards 150+ mph.

3. Koenigsegg One:1 2015
- Top Speed: 273 mph
- Horsepower: 1360
- Acceleration: 0-60 in 3.2 seconds
The Koenigsegg One:1 is the joint most expensive car in Forza Horizon 5.
With a 5.0L Twin-Turbocharged V8 engine that generates 1360 horsepower and 1011 lb. ft torque, this hypercar gets to 273 mph like it’s nothing.
The titanium + carbon fiber body makes it a treat to drive. You’d think a car with this much power might lose it, but the One:1 doesn’t.
Along with a 10/10 speed index, this beast gets a 9.5 handling index. The best car in FH5? Maybe.

2. Koenigsegg Agera RS 2017
- Top Speed: 280 mph
- Horsepower: 1341
- Acceleration: 0-60 in 2.6 seconds
The fastest stock production car in Forza Horizon 5 and the second fastest car in Forza Horizon 5, the Agera RS would have been the fastest car in Forza Horizon 5 if it wasn’t for the Jesko.
Agera RS is rated 10 in Speed and 9.7 in Handling and Braking. The only thing it falls behind in is its Accel stats (7/10!)
It still is a relatively new introduction to the Forza games, and we’re sure new updates will further improve the stats of this speed demon.
And if you can’t wait for official changes, try tuning up the Agera RS yourself:

1. Koenigsegg Jesko 2020
- Top Speed: 308 mph
- Horsepower: 1280
- Acceleration: 0-60 in 2.5 seconds.
Koenigsegg Jesko is not only the fastest drag car in Forza Horizon 5 but also the fastest FH5 car overall. Right now, it’s the only car that can break the 300 mph barrier in Forza Horizon 5.
Although it has fewer horsepower than both of its predecessors, the Jesko still manages to put up a better performance.
Koenigsegg Jesko IS the fastest car in Forza Horizon 5. And we already have an unofficially maxed out Jesko down below.

How To Get The Fastest Car in Forza Horizon 5?
That’s how to but we’ll be honest we haven’t tried it out ourselves yet.
With these tune-ups and upgrades in place, the Jesko will go get a top speed of 380+ mph. So far, no car has officially or legit crossed the 400 mph bar in FH5. Chances are it’d be a Koenigsegg.
