Confidants or Cooperations – whatever you call them – are an important aspect of Persona 5 Royal. They have been an important Persona mechanic ever since their introduction in Person 3. Back then, they were named Social Links.
These Confidants are people you meet throughout the year in Persona 5 Royal. And developing a close relationship with them will help you get that complete ending.
You can spend time with them and give gifts to improve their Rank (improve the relationship).
With your Confidant’s rank going up, they provide you with new abilities, unlock new playable missions, and even open up some new cutscenes that are exclusive to Person 5 Royal Confidants.
Spoiler Alert: If you get the rank of female Confidants to a certain level, it unlocks the possibilities of romantic relationships. And let’s just say, that’s a whole new experience.
With a Confidant of each Arcana available in Persona 5 Royal, you’ll have your hands full. And it’ll take you months before you get some decent returns from a Persona 5 Confidant.
So, along with a Person 5 Royal Confidant Guide, we’ll also tell the ones you should pay close attention to.
Heads Up: Persona 5 Royal has exclusive Confidants that weren’t in Persona 5. Unlocking them will bring plenty of not-before-seen gameplay.
Now, let’s get going.
