Khloé Kardashian has once again responded to comments about her appearance, after a video of her workout routine featuring her 4-year-old daughter was posted on Instagram.
The reality star and entrepreneur Khloé Kardashian is no stranger to trolling about her changing appearance. The 37-year-old posted a video of her workout routine on her verified Instagram account on Wednesday, which featured her 4-year-old daughter, True. However, her response to a commenter asking if she missed her “old face” got everyone’s attention.
This isn’t the first time the reality TV star has had to clap back at comments about her looks. In 2020, someone asked her why she looked so different in all her photos, to which Khloé Kardashian responded, “From my weekly face transplant.” Khloé’s response was simple, “No,” but it spoke volumes about her confidence in her current appearance.
Aside from responding to comments about her appearance, Khloé also shared updates on her health with her 300 million followers. She mentioned that she recently suffered an elbow injury, which meant she had to use lower weights during her workout. She also pointed out the “curvature” on her cheek from where a tumor was removed in October. Despite having tape on it, Khloé assured her fans that the bump would eventually flatten out over time.

During a Keeping Up with the Kardashians reunion in 2021, Khloé opened up about her changing appearance and the accusations that she had a “face transplant.” She revealed that she had only had one nose job with Dr. Raj Kanodia and had responded poorly to Botox injections. She also discussed the insecurities she’s felt being constantly compared to her older sisters, Kim Kardashian, and Kourtney Kardashian.
Khloé’s response to comments about her appearance comes after she admitted to getting a nose job and editing her photos earlier this year. In her lengthy message, Khloé admitted to using filters, good lighting, and editing to tweak photos of herself. She revealed that her soul was breaking due to the public’s constant judgment of her appearance.
