Much like in real life, the choices you make over time decide your Bitlife fate. If you want to live out certain scenarios in Bitlife, there are specific requirements you have to fulfill.

By practicing Gymnastics, you can keep your Health rating high and start a pro-athlete career if you’re good enough.
First, let’s find out how to practice Gymnastics in Bitlife? And if you do feel like going pro, it won’t be difficult once Gymnastics is maxed out.
How to Practice Gymnastics in Bitlife?
There are plenty of extracurricular activities in Bitlife that you can practice during Middle School, High School, and College. And if you get it right, a Special Career as a gymnast is fun to play.
But, some of the skills require you to complete certain conditions, and Gymnastics has 2 of them. Here’s some stuff you need to take care of before you can start practicing Gymnastics.
- You’ll need to start a custom life as a female. Gymnastics won’t appear in school activities if you play as a male.
- Maintain high Health and achieve high Athleticism. The best way to do so is to join a gym, but if you can’t pay for a gym, start practicing any Martial Arts and go on Walks. Meditating in the Mind & Body section also helps maintain Health.
Now’s the time to hit Gymnastics. The activity will appear in Middle School, High School, or College.
If it doesn’t appear for you in any of these 3 schools, you’ll have to start afresh.
Here’s how to find Gymnastics in Bitlife:
- Open the School tab.
- Click on your school name.
- Find and open Activities.
- Find and click on the Gymnastics Team for a tryout.
Pro Tip: One thing that players overlook is Grades. Along with Athleticism and Health, your Grades have to be good otherwise you won’t be accepted into the Gymnastics team.
If you keep trying to join the Gymnastics Team with low Athleticism, low Grades, and low Health, the coach might shun you from trying to join.

You have to focus on your Health, Athleticism, and Grades if you want to make it as a gymnast. But here’s a little secret, if you fail to join Middle School Gymnastics, you can apply to join a High School or College Gymnastics team.
So, keep trying until the coach finally lets you in. Just remember to improve your Athleticism as you go along.
