The Trail Thrasher Dirt Bike has made a triumphant return with the release of Fortnite’s v24.20 update. Although Fortnite has been around for years, it remains active and dynamic.
Every two weeks on Tuesdays, the developers roll out a substantial update that not only addresses errors or bugs but also introduces an abundance of gameplay content and new cosmetic items for fans to enjoy as they progress through the latest Fortnite Battle Pass.
Trail Thrasher Dirt Bike Comeback
Many Fortnite players anticipated the major update on April 11, as it was announced at the beginning of the season that Eren Jaeger’s skin would be available as part of the Chapter 4 Season 2 Battle Pass.
Fans’ expectations were surpassed with the update, which added a considerable amount of content to the game, including Attack on Titan cosmetics and emotes in the Item Shop, two themed items to the weapon pool, and the return of a notorious vehicle.
The Trail Thrasher Dirt Bike from last season is now back in Fortnite. Players who didn’t particularly enjoy the Rogue Bike’s swift driving style can now opt for the alternative Dirt Bike. Each bike has its own unique qualities and is better suited for specific scenarios.
While the Rogue Bike excels on the road, during high-speed chases, and in the futuristic environment of Mega City, the Dirt Bike—as its name suggests—outperforms when driving off-road, complements the wooded southwestern area of the map, and offers easier control due to its slower speed.

The permanence of the Dirt Bike’s addition remains uncertain. While many gamers welcomed its return, particularly because it can accommodate two players, others argued that having two bikes in the game simultaneously was unnecessary
As a constantly evolving game, only time will reveal whether the Dirt Bike is here to stay.
The unvaulting of the Trail Thrasher Dirt Bike by Epic Games has sparked hope among players that other fan-favorite vehicles may return in future content updates. It’s not entirely implausible that gamers could once again ride a Shopping Cart or the Chapter 1 Season 5 All-Terrain Golf Cart.
