How To Complete “Bad Rep Evidence” Quest In Escape From Tarkov

The Bad Rep Evidence is a type of fetch quest made available to players at level 6. The quest is given by the NPC called Prapor who is a trader in-game.

Escape From Tarkov is known for its difficult-to-figure-out quests, but the dialogue for this quest really doesn’t help new players understand what they have to do at all.

Luckily, that is precisely why we’ve made this guide, so you don’t have to agonize over how to accomplish this quest properly.

Primary Objectives of “Bad Rep Evidence” Quest

The main objective of the Bad Rep Evidence quest is to obtain the Secure Folder 0031 from the Bunkhouse in Customs and then deliver it to Prapor. Some additional elements to this quest are as follows: 

1. Optional: Obtain access to the locked room which can be found on the third floor in the office hallway on the Factory Map.

2. Optional: Once the player gains access to the locked room they can loot the Bunkhouse key from underneath the jacket hanging from the wall. 

3. Main Objective: After obtaining the Bunkhouse key make your way to the Bunkhouse on the Customs map and enter using the Bunkhouse key.

4. Pick up the document on the table called Secure Folder 0031 and then deliver the quest item to Prapor.

What are the required Keys? 

There are two essential keys that the player will be required to have in order to complete this quest. The first is the Factory Emergency Exit Key and the second, which is also far more important, is the Portable Bunkhouse Key. 

1. Factory Emergency Exit Key

This is a very versatile key that has many uses on the Factory map. Importantly for Bad Rep Evidence questline, it is required to open the locked door on the third floor of the Factory office hall.

You can obtain this key as a  reward for the quest Spa Tour – Part 7, otherwise, it can be looted from jackets and Scav bags or simply bought off the flea market.

2. Portable Bunkhouse Key

The Portable Bunkhouse key is the most essential key required to complete this quest. It has an allocated spawn point underneath the jacket in the Factory, stated above.

However, this spawn location is not very reliable and we recommend obtaining this key from either the Flea market or randomly found in Scav bags and jackets. 

Extraction Points

Once the player obtains the Secure Folder 0031 they must make sure to Extract out of the Customs map without dying or else they will lose possession of the Quest item, forcing them to obtain it all over again.

Recommended Extraction points include: 

1. Old Gas Station Extraction 
2. ZB-1013 Extraction 

The Rewards for completing the “Bad Rep Evidence” quest

After successfully delivering the quest item to Prapor the player can receive the following rewards: 

1. The player gains 4,100 EXP
2. Player Rep with Prapor raises by 0.03
3. The player obtains 35,000 Roubles
4. The player obtains one PP-91-01 “Kedr-B” 9x18PM submachine gun
5. The player obtains three PP-91 “Kedr” 9x18PM 30-round magazine
6. Also received is 120× 9x18mm PM PS gs PPO
7. The purchase of BelOMO PSO 1M2 -1 4×24 Scope from Prapor is also unlocked for the player.
