Ariana Grande, the pop superstar, was recently spotted in England on the set of her upcoming musical film, Wicked, alongside her love interest, Jonathan Bailey, for the first time.
The duo was seen laughing and chatting between takes on the set in the village of Ivinghoe near Bedfordshire, England.
Grande is set to play Glinda, the Good Witch of the North, in the prequel to the iconic Wizard of Oz story.
Meanwhile, Bailey, who appeared in the popular Netflix period drama Bridgerton, will be portraying Fiyero Tigelaar, who is engaged to Glinda in the play and film, although he is in love with Elphaba.
The film also features Jeff Goldblum, Michelle Yeoh, Bowen Yang, Adam James, Keala Settle, and Bronwyn James.
The movie is set to release in two parts, with the first scheduled for November 2024 and the second in December of the following year.

The duo appeared to be getting along well, laughing and chatting between takes. Bailey, who appeared in the popular Netflix period drama Bridgerton, is known for his work on stage and screen and is a renowned stage star.
Wicked movie set for release in two parts
The highly anticipated Wicked movie, which has been delayed for several years, is finally set to hit theaters in two parts.
The first part is scheduled to release on November 27, 2024, with the second chapter arriving in December of the following year.
The movie is based on the massively popular stage musical, which is a prequel to The Wizard of Oz based on the novel by Gregory Maguire.
The film features a star-studded cast, including Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Jeff Goldblum, Michelle Yeoh, Bowen Yang, Adam James, Keala Settle, and Bronwyn James.
The movie’s director, Jon M. Chu, has praised Grande and Erivo’s performances in the film and promised that the movie will leave audiences speechless.
Ariana Grande dons regal silver crown and lavender gown
During the shoot, Ariana Grande donned a stunning silver crown and lavender gown that made her look regal and elegant.
The dress featured a plunging bodice covered in swirls of lavender, along with violet and pale blue. The dress also had strands of sparkles mixed in to make it gleam in the light.
Grande’s dress featured frilly shoulder ornaments that stood up in the air, as well as sheer sleeves shining sequins.
The dress had a voluminous tulle skirt with more flourishes of sequins.
Grande completed her ensemble with a silver crown comprised of swirling flourishes that rested delicately on her long blond hair, which was pulled back and swept down her shoulders.
Wicked movie features star-studded cast
The Wicked movie boasts a star-studded cast that includes Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Jeff Goldblum, Michelle Yeoh, Bowen Yang, Adam James, Keala Settle, and Bronwyn James.
Erivo plays the future Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba, who is in love with Fiyero Tigelaar, played by Jonathan Bailey.
Goldblum recently let slip that he had been cast in the film while appearing on Jimmy Kimmel
