The Remuneration Committee will have Andrea Gisle Joosen, Anne de Kerckhove, and Limor Ganot as NEDs. Anne de Kerckhove, a senior independent director, will also lead the ESG Committee with NED Ori Shaked and Mark Summerfield. Michael Alonso, Summerfield, and Shaked will oversee the Gaming Compliance Committee. The Nominations Committee will be spearheaded by De Kerckhove, Shaked, and Ganot.
