Aren’t we too blessed to be witnessing Pokemon 1008 Encounters that take us back to the old days?
Pokemon X and Y fans are noticing something interesting in the movie “Pokemon 1008 Encounters,” by The Pokemon Company recently featured Pokemon from every generation. Although some fans were hoping for a DLC or new Pokemon tease/reveal, neither of those things happened, as the major objective of the film was to commemorate reaching 1000 Pokemon as of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
The presentation of Pokemon 1008 Encounters
There is, in fact, a lot of conjecture about the Scarlet and Violet DLC for Pokemon right now. Fans may expect more information in the following weeks and months, as the game and well-known leakers aggressively tease them. There has been much speculation that “Southern Kalos,” the setting of Pokemon X and Y, may be adapted into a new territory in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. The video’s newest secret doesn’t prove anything, but it’s also not easy to guess what the shift means.
The Pokemon 1,008 encounters presentation details everyone from Bulbasaur all the way to Gholdengo, with all generations in between covered, but it doesn’t show off anything about the future of the franchise, much to the dismay of many online speculators. Even though I disagree with The Pokémon Company’s definition of “encounter,” I’m not going to argue the point.
It’s incredible to think that after nearly 30 years, there are now over a thousand adorable Pokémon to discover, capture, and battle. The library of monsters that fans eagerly anticipate seeing in each new entry has grown to a size where it would be unreasonable to include them all in a single game.
Given that Pokemon X and Y were first available to the public in October of 2013, this year marks its tenth anniversary. Moreover, there will probably be some sort of commemorative action by The Pokemon Company and Game Freak. It’s possible, but that’s not to say fans can take it as gospel.
Come what may, let’s just say that Pokemon has definitely won our hearts ever since its release. You may want to check out our guides on how-tos and updates of all Pokemon games!
