Exciting leaks have surfaced, unveiling more details about the upcoming region in Genshin Impact’s next update.
Following the trend of expanding the world of Teyvat with each alternate update, developer HoYoverse continues to impress players with new explorable areas.
Leaked Info About Genshin Impact 3.8’s Map
Version 3.6 of Genshin Impact introduced two regions belonging to the Sumeru nation, expected to be the final map expansions in the Dendro realm, at least for the near future. With speculations running wild, adventurers should gear up for an extensive exploration experience in the next updates.
Early leaked information suggests that update 3.8 will introduce a limited region, reminiscent of the Golden Apple Archipelago events in updates 1.6 and 2.8. A map of the new region, complete with teleport waypoints, has been shared on the popular Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit.
Fans have been pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of nine teleport waypoints, indicating a larger region than anticipated. Furthermore, the decision to have only one underground waypoint suggests that the majority of limited quests will take place on the surface, delighting many Travelers.
No new characters
Although no new characters are expected in the next update, players can anticipate a new special domain. According to leaks, this domain will feature a formidable enemy named Idyia, who bears similarities to Qingce’s Oceanid, Rhodeia of Loch. Brace yourselves for an intense battle with this new boss.
The Golden Apple Archipelago events have traditionally introduced new character skins, and update 3.8 seems to follow suit.
Leaks suggest that Mondstadt’s Klee and Kaeya will receive new outfits, joining the ranks of characters who receive these aesthetic enhancements.
