The latest addition to Fortnite’s Chapter 4 Season 2 update brings a neon-drenched cyberpunk city called Mega City, filled with grind rails that provide players with a new way to get around the map. But that’s not all, as the update also includes new points of interests, vehicles, and characters like Renzo the Destroyer, Thunder, and Mystica.
Fortnite’s new addition, Overclocked Pulse Weapon
With the addition of new and returning weapons like the Cobra DMR, Dragon’s Breath Sniper, and Kinetic Blade, players seemed to have found enjoyment with the newly added Overclocked Pulse Rifle.
This fully automatic weapon can deal a lot of damage when fired from the hip and can hit even harder when aimed down the sights. However, it may be too powerful, with some players even speculating that the weapon might be too aggressive for casual gameplay.
One player named ChancetheUnrapper shared a clip on the Fortnite subReddit, showing how they managed to score a Victory Royale using the Overclocked Pulse Rifle. The weapon’s automatic hip fire function allows it to eliminate opponents in just one second, leaving them with no chance to react.

Many players were left in shock and awe at just how strong this weapon appears to be, with some surprised that more players weren’t complaining about it being too powerful, compared to the Kinetic Blade. Moreover, the Pulse Rifle and Kinetic Blade are just the latest additions to a list of weapons that the Fortnite community considers to be overly strong.
Players have also expressed concerns over the Havoc Pump Shotgun, which can deal incredibly and excessively high damage, even at low tier rarity.
