- How To Quickly Achieve Cyberpunk 2077 Max Level?
Regardless of your preferred Cyberpunk 2077 build type, your V has a higher chance of survival by reaching the Cyberpunk max level cap.
But what is the max level in Cyberpunk 2077? How do you get to it?
Here are the answers to all your questions about Cyberpunk 2077 max level.
Cyberpunk 2077 Max Level Guide
Completing the main story, taking care of all the side missions, and just generally enjoying the game, you may end up reaching the max level cap in Cyberpunk 2077.
And Cyberpunk’s max level is 50– surprisingly low considering all the playable content.
But it is what it is, and the game is a lot more fun when you’ve reached Level 50.
Leveling up in Cyberpunk 2077 is easier than you may think. All you need is XP.
And anything you do earns you Experience (XP). You can then use that XP to level up your character. Of course, minor tasks bring in low XP, and main missions rake in higher XP.
The important thing to remember is that you need to collect as much XP as possible to get to Level 50.
Each time your character levels up, you also get Attribute and Perk Points, but more on that later. Right now, let’s see the fastest ways to earn XP in Cyberpunk 2077.
Best Ways Of Gaining XP in Cyberpunk 2077
Main Missions
The fastest way to level up and gain lots of XP in a short time is to focus on the game’s main story. You can gain somewhere between 5000 to 10,000 XP by completing a Main Mission.
Side Missions
The end goal is to complete the Main Missions and finish up the story. But if you do that, you’ll miss out on a lot of fun stuff and a lot of easy XP pickings.
Cyberpunk 2077 offers multiple Gigs, Side Jobs, and NCPD Missions. And depending on the difficulty level of these side missions, you can earn 1000-2000 XP.
Playing The Game
Then there are the snail-pace XP earnings.
Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the few games that award XP for doing something as menial as running around. Even using some weapons for the first time or hacking into systems will gain you some XP.
But this is the lowest-paying method to earn XP.
Crafting
Crafting is the easiest and fastest method to earn XP without too much hassle. You craft a weapon, you get XP, you create new medicine, you get XP, you upgrade your current weapons, and you get tons of XP.
The rarer your craft, the higher XP it yields.
If done right, crafting can help you earn more XP than dangerous side missions.
Along with reaching Cyberpunk character max level, you will also need to take care of Street Cred.
Cyberpunk 2077 Max Level Street Cred
Cyberpunk’s Street Cred also has a max level cap of 50.
And take our word for it- you want to max your Street Cred out because it unlocks all the goody-goodies.
With high Street Cred, Fixers put you high up on the list, and you get better-paying contracts. All the stores and vendors in Night City hook you up with the latest and greatest items. And all that helps you collect XP at a higher pace.
How to increase Street Cred? Same drill really:
- Main Missions
- Side Missions – Gigs, NCPD Missions
- Kill Wanted Criminals
Doing any of these will improve your Street Cred and yield XP as well. So, you’re simultaneously improving your character level and your Street Cred.
And with Street Cred and character level on the rise, you need to take care of the Attribute Points as well.
Cyberpunk 2077 Max Level Attributes
When you gain XP and Street Cred, your Cyberpunk 2077 level goes up. And each time that happens, you gain an Attribute Point. To get you started, the game gifts 15 Attribute Points at the start.
There are 5 total Attributes that your character has in Cyberpunk 2077:
- Body
- Reflexes
- Technical Ability
- Intelligence
- Cool
And after gaining Attribute Points, you can improve your character’s skills. For example, if you want more maneuverability and speed, you should improve Reflexes.
Similarly, to improve your character’s tech know-how, invest in Technical Ability.
Simply put, the way you use the Attribute Points will dictate the kind of character build you want.
And here’s the tricky part, you cannot max out every attribute.
After 100% completion, you get 71 Attribute Points. And character attributes have a max level cap of 20.
So, you can have 2 maxed out character attributes at any time. This means you have to choose a preferred Cyberpunk build instead of turning your character into a jack-of-all-trades.
And of course, there’s always a workaround.
