Splinter Cell Website under attack, maybe ?

We noticed today over at Ubisoft’s Splinter Cell website that it was displaying a rather cryptic message and at first glance you may have thought it was hackers. Although Ubisoft won’t confirm or deny what’s going on we did a little digging and you’ll notice that in the lower right corner there’s a set of GPS coordinates. (59.935903,30.321429)

On entering them into Google you’ll find yourself close to the Strogonov Palace which could be the setting for the latest title in the franchise called Splinter Cell: Conviction, if so we hope the game doesn’t release on a Tuesday as according to this website its closed.

Interestingly though the precise location is a bus stop close to the palace where you can catch the number 3,7,22 or 27 and who knows where Sam Fisher might end up. We will of course keep you posted on developments and send you a bus timetable if required.

Is Sam Fisher waiting for one of these
