Nintendo set to offer WiiWare demos

Nintendo have today revealed plans to introduce demos for a variety of its current WiiWare titles, later this month.

Unfortunately it isn’t currently known whether plans will bring these outside of Japan, yet it was Satoru Iwata that announced the information during Nintendo’s financial briefing – at which point he explained that it was the company’s aim to help stimulate sales within the WiiWare range.

It is a shame that it would seem titles within the WiiWare range aren’t selling so well, especially with such fantastic games as Lost Winds and World of Goo, although we imagine many are being wary of purchasing some of the weaker titles without knowing any better.
