A Boy and His Blob set for revival

A Boy and His Blob was originally a NES title, released 20 years ago now back in 1989, and Wayward Technologies have tasked themselves with developing a sequel that is set to arrive for the Nintendo Wii on November 6th.

The plot of the game revolves around, as you’d guess from the title, a Boy meeting a Blob to which he feeds jellybeans that allow the Blob to turn into different objects. From this, the Boy then decides to help the Blob return to it’s home planet and the evil Emperor that currently controls it.

It all certainly sounds interesting, and the gameplay and art style look fantastic – check out the Story Trailer below!
