PSP Minis – Fieldrunner trailer

The PSP Go is set to launch this Thursday, and alongside this is a new collection of bitesize games that will be available at both cheap and affordable prices. Over at the EU Playstation Blog, Sony are introducing some of the first wave of titles throughout this week with the first entitled ‘Fieldrunner.’

Developed by Subatomic Studios, Fieldrunners is actually a port of a hugely successful iPhone tower defense game. Having won numerous awards including Best Mobile Game, Achievement in Art, and Time Magazine’s Top 10 Game of 2008 it’s certainly a welcome launch title amidst the new Minis.

The PSP version will of course include a lot of new content including maps, towers and fieldrunners themselves. The graphics have also been revamped with new special effects, alongside new theme music. Check out the trailer below!
